Disclosed are a method for supplying a consultation conversation and an apparatus using the same. According to the present invention, the consultation conversation apparatus is configured to comprise a voice recognition module for recognizing and converting the utterance voice to a text; an emotion detection module for analyzing the emotion of a user from an image of the user or the text of the user′s voice outputted by the voice recognition module; and a utterance understanding module for analyzing the intent of the utterance by grasping the travel of the user utterance from the utterance text of the user and analyzing a fact which causes the emotion of the user with five Ws and one H; and a conversation processing module for selecting the analyzed travel by the user utterance and a conversation strategy of the user by the five Ws and one H. Therefore, the present invention can provide a conversation consultation to understand emotions. |
