摘要

Provided is a flexible metal-clad laminate with a metal layer formed on one surface of both surfaces of an insulation layer made of one or more polyimide layers, wherein the flexible metal-laminate comprises polyimide-based resin containing biphenyl-based epoxy resin, of which an adhesive force with prepreg is 1.0 kgf/cm^2 or more. The flexible metal-clad laminate has the high adhesive force with the prepreg, thereby increasing the efficiency of the process.
