PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a shaft, a male member and a female member capable of reducing sliding resistance between the male member and the female member while suppressing discomfort noise so-called gear noise.SOLUTION: A structure for a shaft is assembled to the shaft to which power can be transmitted, and is constituted by axially slidably inserting the male member into the female member. The structure includes the male member having a plurality of male tooth portions and a plurality of male tooth bottom portions on its outer peripheral portion, the female member having a plurality of female tooth portions and a plurality of female tooth bottom portions on its inner peripheral portion, to insert the male member, and a rubber member 23 including a fiber 24 and disposed while covering a surface of the outer peripheral portion of the male member. A part 24a of the fiber 24 included in the rubber member 23 is projected outward from an outer peripheral portion 23b of the rubber member 23. |
