摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical interference tomographic device capable of fast scanning a light beam in a horizontal/vertical direction and fast collecting two-dimensional data and further three-dimensional data.SOLUTION: The optical interference tomographic device comprises: a light source 1 which outputs a low-interference beam; a beam splitter 3 which splits the low-interference beam in two directions and outputs a reference beam and a measurement beam; plane scan means 4, 8 which irradiate an examinee with the measurement beam via plane scan and input a reflection beam reflected from the examinee to the beam splitter again; a reference beam mirror 10 in which the reference beam outputted from the beam splitter is reflected and inputted to the beam splitter again; light detection means 11 for detecting light obtained by coupling the reference beam and the reflection beam via the beam splitter; and a signal processor 12 which analyzes interference of the light detected by the light detection means to generate an optical tomographic image of the examinee. The plane scan means includes light beam deflection means employing an electro-optical crystal 4 and acquires data of a surface vertical to an incident direction of light for each layer.
