<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical substance determination device which is inexpensive and simple, and saves the space.SOLUTION: A chemical substance determination device 1 includes: a sample feature quantity database 31 which stores a sample feature quantity, extracted from optical characteristic data on radiation light of a known fluorescent substance or fluorescent substance group radiated by irradiating the known fluorescent substance or fluorescent substance group with excitation light, for each fluorescent substance or fluorescent substance group; a feature quantity extraction part 21 which extracts an object feature quantity from optical characteristic data of radiation light of an object obtained by irradiating the object with excitation light; a feature quantity comparison part 22 which compares the object feature quantity with respective sample feature quantities stored in the sample feature quantity database; and a substance determination part 23 which determines a fluorescent substance included in the object or a fluorescent substance group that the fluorescent substance belongs to based upon comparison results of the feature quantity comparison part 22.</p> |
