摘要 A vehicle air conditioning control device (1) according to the present invention computes a thermal load (Q) in a cabin using a thermal load computing unit (26) on the basis of a cabin temperature (Tin), a cabin humidity (Hin), an outside temperature (Tout), an occupancy ratio (&thetas;), a cabin temperature set value (Tset), and the like. The device also computes, using an air conditioning output computing unit (29), an output command value for an air conditioner on the basis of a cabin temperature upper limit value (Tmax), a cabin temperature lower limit value (Tmin), the thermal load (Q), and a powering/regeneration electric power (P), and corrects the computed output command value for the air conditioner on the basis of a powering/regeneration electric power (Pf) after a prediction point in time and an occupancy ratio (&thetas;f) after the prediction point in time.
