The present invention relates to a color-conversion phosphor layer including aligned light emitting organic nanofibers and manufacturing method thereof. The color-conversion phosphor layer for a light emitting device according to the present invention includes a pattern with organic nanofibers with an organic polymer and a light emitting element which are aligned on a substrate.
