PROTECTIVE AND TACKY-ADHESIVE FILM, SCREEN PANEL, AND TOUCH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective and tacky-adhesive film which exhibits excellent anti-blocking properties to an image display device surface when stuck to the rear surface of a screen panel.SOLUTION: A hard coat layer having specified surface roughness is formed on the protective and tacky-adhesive film. In other words, the protective and tacky-adhesive film is obtained by forming the hard coat layer on one surface of a film base material and a tacky-adhesive layer on the other surface thereof. Since the surface roughness SRa of the hard coat layer is 1-15 nm and the protective and tacky-adhesive film exhibits 90% or higher light transmittance to the light having 380-780 nm wavelength and has 1 or lower haze, the protective and tacky-adhesive film can suitably prevent a blocking problem from being caused between the protective and tacky-adhesive film and the image display device while keeping high transparency.
