PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature balance system which can make compatible energy saving and the improvement of thermal comfort, in a dwelling facility such as a dwelling house, an accommodation facility and a hospital.SOLUTION: This room temperature balance system has a metal plate 1 composed of metal which is higher than a gypsum board in heat conductivity and a rod-shaped heat transmission member 2. The metal plate 1 is used as a ceiling finish face of each of rooms A and B, the heat transmission member 2 is arranged so as to straddle the rooms A and B in a state that a self-end 2t of the member is overhung to a ceiling space T of each of the adjacent rooms A and B, and a portion M in which the heat transmission member 2 straddles the adjacent rooms A and B is covered with a heat insulation material at the periphery of the straddling portion M, and made to serve as a heat moving passage between the adjacent rooms A and B. |
