PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work check sheet proofread/registration system capable of performing a self check on check contents (work situation) self-reported on a predetermined work check sheet by a worker, automatically creating and registering a check sheet including the check contents.SOLUTION: A work check sheet proofread/registration system comprises: a voice recognition control system for performing voice proofread between the system and a communication terminal including a telephone function of a worker; and a voice recognition system for recognizing an answer voice from the communication terminal and creating a check sheet including check contents formed from text data on the basis of the answer voice.
