PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device and an information output method for synchronization which reduce a communication load when performing synchronization processing for information related to mails between a communication terminal and a server.SOLUTION: A mail related information holding unit 303 separately holds mail data in each folder; a management processing unit 304 performs management processing of mail data and folder data; a management processing information generation unit 306 generates identification information of the mail data which is an object of the management processing, information indicating content of the management processing, and management processing information including a status after change; a management processing information aggregation unit 307 performs aggregation processing on the basis of the status after change in the plurality of pieces of management processing information which have the same identification information of the object of the management processing and outputs information for synchronization to synchronize the mail data held by a mail server 100 with the mail data held by a communication terminal device 300 on the basis of the aggregation processing result, to the mail server 100. |
