PROTECTION OF A CHECK VALVE INSIDE OF A MAIN VALVE

Protection of a check valve inside of a main valve. The main valve (1) of a gas bottle contains inside its outlet connector (3) a completely screwed check valve (2) which anterior frontal surface relies to bottom (4) of the outlet connector (3). To prevent unscrewing of the check valve (2), a channel (5) has been carved in the outlet connector at the appropriate distance (d) from the bottom (4), into which is inserted a spring ring (6) in such a way that it almost touches the back frontal surface of the check valve (2). The check valve (2) carries in a channel on its back end a rubber sealing ring (9), a side (8) of the channel (5) is made conical because it is made at a sharp angle (a) not bigger than 30° in respect to axis of the outlet connector (3) in order that the ring (9) would not be damaged when it exceeds through the channel (5) during the assembling of the check valve (2) to the outlet connector (3),
