A terminal device comprising: a wireless communications unit that wirelessly communicates with base station devices; a connection control unit that, using the wireless communications unit, connects to a primary base station device (PCell) so as to be capable of wireless communications and connects to a secondary base station device (SCell) so as to be capable of wireless communications; a primary base station connection/disconnection detection unit that detects whether wireless communications with the primary base station device are connected/disconnected on the basis of predetermined conditions; and a primary base station connection/disconnection information transmission unit that wirelessly sends to the secondary base station device information relating to connection/disconnection of communications with the primary base station device, using the wireless communications unit, if a communications connection/disconnection status has been detected by the primary base station connection/disconnection detection unit. |
