摘要 <p>The invention relates to the field of hybrid vehicles capable of moving over ground and in the air. A device for controlling a hybrid vehicle comprises an upper steering post with two bearings on the spindle of said post, and a lower steering post, which two steering posts are connected to one another by a constant-velocity joint. The sleeve of the control switch can be moved between a position in which it surrounds the bearings of the upper post, thereby making it possible to perform tilting of the steering column and rotation thereof about the axis thereof, and a position in which said sleeve surrounds the lower bearing of the upper post, the constant-velocity joint and the lower post, thereby making it possible to perform a rotation of the steering column about the axis thereof. In the case of a movement of the sleeve of the control switch, at the same time as this the sleeve of a rotor control lever, which is attached to the lateral side of said control switch sleeve and within which said lever is located, also moves. A tilting of the steering column causes tilting of this lever. The function of the flight rudder can be performed by a front wheel, which comprises a solid or a semisolid disc. Guides of a tail fin in the form of pins are attached at the ends to the lateral sides of the lower post, and cables which can be connected to the guides of the flight rudder are attached to the opposite ends of said tail fin guides.</p>
