The present invention relates to an automatic bonding system for a liquid crystal display device and a bonding method using the same. The feature of the present invention is to bond a liquid crystal panel to a touch panel with an optical adhesive resin through the automatic bonding system. Accordingly, productivity is improved by automating the bonding process of the liquid crystal panel and the touch panel and the reliability of a product is improved by a uniform and stable attachment state. Particularly, an optimum process condition is secured by bonding various sizes of liquid crystal panels and touch panels using a gap dispenser that coats one side of a cover glass with an adhesive resin and a gap variable control stage that vertically moves a bonding unit. Also, the efficiency of the process is improved by removing an additional cleaning process for removing the adhesive resin which overflows to the outside by preventing the overflow of the adhesive resin which is coated.
