PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a conveyor of a surface treatment device of a board material which firstly allows for surface treatment, such as cleaning and drying, even of a clamped part of the board material, and secondly allows for automatic surface treatment while carrying the board material continuously.SOLUTION: A conveyor 2 of a surface treatment device of a board material C is used by a surface treatment device, such as a cleaning device or a drying device of the board material C, in the manufacturing process of an electronic circuit board. The board material C is clamped, and then while being carried without touching the circuit formation surface, it is clamped off partially and sequentially in the way. More specifically, the conveyor 2 includes a substantially square frame jig 7 for locating the board material C at a central opening, a plurality of clamps 8 attached to the right and left sides 9 of the frame jig 7, and a carrier roller 10 for sending the frame jig 7 while abutting against the underside of the frame jig 7 at the right and left sides 9 thereof. The clamp 8 can be opened and closed for the board material C in the clamp on state H and clamp off state J. |
