PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that temporarily preserves image data obtained by reading a manuscript in an external storage device before processing and rapidly selects image data to be processed from the image data preserved in the external storage device without deteriorating convenience of a user.SOLUTION: An image formation device 1 includes: an image processing unit 16 for generating image data of a manuscript read by an image reading unit 15; a communication unit 18 for transmitting the generated image data to a server 2 and a cloud 3 to preserve the image; a reduction image generation unit 16a for acquiring image data preserved in the server 2, etc., so as to perform desired processing and generating reduction image data on the basis of the generated image data; a main storage unit 19 for storing the reduction image data and the preservation destination of data to be the source by association; and a display unit 12 for displaying an operation screen. The reduction image data stored in the main storage unit 19 is displayed in the display unit 12. Then, the image data where desired processing is to be performed is selected. |
