The compressor i.e. radial compressor, (10) has a compressor wheel (16) utilized for compacting supplied air in an internal combustion engine. The compressor wheel is torque-proof connected in a housing (18) of the compressor and connected with a shaft (14). A centrifugal separator is driven over the shaft for separating lubricant. The centrifugal separator is formed by the compressor wheel and laid out to separate the compressed lubricant from the separating air. A return duct (30) is extended in the housing for discharging the separated lubricant.
