<p>The device has a blowing station for expanding the plastic preforms by a gaseous medium. The plastic preforms is arranged at a movable carrier. An impinging unit impinges the plastic preforms to their expansion with the gaseous medium. A rod-shaped body is inserted in the interior of the plastic preforms to extend them in their longitudinal direction (L). The blowing station has a valve support (20), at which multiple valves (12 to 19) are arranged. Two of the multiple valves are arranged offset to each other with respect to the longitudinal direction.</p>
