The method involves determining a driving power supply of a vehicle, and calculating a route from a starting point to a destination point (100). Another route from the starting point to the destination point is calculated (105). An identification code of the former route is determined (110), and another identification code of the latter route is determined (115). A range of the vehicle is calculated (120) based on the drive power supply and the identification codes. A range identification emphasizing the computed range of the vehicle is displayed (125) in a transportation network card.
