The method involves performing electrical measurement with a composite material i.e. dielectric, and detecting a set of properties of the composite material. The composite material is applied to a completely opposite contact surface (5). A recess is arranged in a bearing surface for proper operation of a measuring sensor i.e. capacitive sensor (1), that is provided with a surface. The surface of the measuring sensor is coated with an electrical insulation layer such that the insulation layer is approximately in flush with the contact surface of the sensor provided in the recess.
