PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method which can select a Daohomozygote rapidly among many animals produced by the mating experiment between a DAO oxygen-defect mouse and another disease model mouse and quantify D-amino acids contained in many samples rapidly.SOLUTION: The evaluation method of this invention is a method for evaluating the influence of test conditions on a mouse biological tissue or a cultured tissue cell derived from the biological tissue. And the method comprises the steps of: providing a Dao1mouse or the like; exposing a biological tissue from the Dao1mouse or the like, or the like, to the test conditions; and analyzing the influence of the exposure of the biological tissue from the Dao1mouse or the like, or the like, to the test conditions, wherein the test conditions are neoplasm transplantation.
