PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for protecting a neck from sunlight or the like with a towel when a user wears a hat, the device preventing a knot or a clip from being exposed when not locking or locking the towel.SOLUTION: First cover pieces 13 provided in right and left edges in the outside of a cap 3 and a second cover piece 33 provided in a rear edge in the outside of the cap 3 are made of the same fabric as that of the cap 3. A rear end of the first cover piece is sewn to the cap 3. On a rear side of a front end of the first cover piece 13, an iron-based metal piece 17 or a magnet 19 is provided. At a position corresponding thereto in the outside of the hat 3, a magnet 19 or an iron-based metal piece 17 is provided. On a rear side of the first cover piece 13, a first clip 21 is provided to lock a left or right side of an upper edge side 7 of a towel 5. An upper end of the second cover piece 33 is sewn to the cap 3 by a sewing part 15. A second clip 35 provided on a rear side of the second cover piece 33 locks the center of the upper edge side 7 of the towel 5. |
