摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver capable of solving a problem that a digital broadcast content broadcasted in a content rights management and protection system cannot be viewed unless a piece of information necessary for decoding the protected broadcast content is received from the broadcast wave resulting in a period of time gets longer than conventional system till video/audio is provided to the viewer.SOLUTION: Even when a broadcast content protected in content rights management and protection system cannot be decoded instantaneously, by providing means for presenting a relevant alternative content, a period of time when any video or sound cannot provided to a viewer can be reduced as short as possible.
