PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's safety and workability and use efficiency related to the weight and external scale of a rack for heat treatment or storage and transport used conventionally in the electronic manufacturing process, by enhancing reduction in weight and size on the premise of maintaining the work quality of a user.SOLUTION: A rack in which reduction in weight and size and serviceability are enhanced while suppressing increase in cost, on the premise of maintaining the work quality of a user, is provided by composing the members mainly of an aluminum extrusion molding material (1) and high-temperature resins (2, 3, 4), avoiding troubles due to the difference of thermal expansion coefficient among a plurality of materials, and combining the housing members so as to avoid collapse of the housing even if a fastening screw is loosened or a small number of screws drop off. |
