PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful polyester film which has excellent transparency and slipperiness, on which scratches are hardly generated when the polyester film is produced, and which can suppress generation of optical interference colors.SOLUTION: The polyester film is a bi-axially oriented polyester film having a multilayer structure comprising three or more layers. The thickness of each of the outermost layers is 2.5 μm or more. At least one layer other than both of the outermost layers is a layer containing the copolymerized polyester comprising: a dicarboxylic acid component including terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid; and ethylene glycol. The polyester film has 600 nm or lower of in-plane retardation, 0.5% or lower of internal haze, and 9.0 nm or larger of surface roughness Ra. |
