PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element capable of improving a yield by improving light extraction efficiency, a light-emitting element package, and a light unit.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element includes: a light-emitting structure including a semiconductor layer of a first conductivity type, an active layer disposed under the semiconductor layer of the first conductivity type, and a semiconductor layer of a second conductivity type disposed under the active layer; a first electrode disposed under the light-emitting structure and electrically connected to the semiconductor layer of the first conductivity type; a second electrode disposed under the light-emitting structure and electrically connected to the semiconductor layer of the second conductivity type; and a first contact portion disposed through the light-emitting structure and including a first region electrically connected to the first electrode and a second region in contact with an upper surface of the semiconductor layer of the first conductivity type. |
