Provided are a method for establishing communication based on a network coding table, and a signal transmission method and apparatus. After receiving signal code words, a relay device determines a mapping relationship between code symbols and code word groups composed of first signal code words sent by a first user and second signal code words sent by a second user according to acquired channel states, then determines a code symbol corresponding to the received signal code words according to the mapping relationship, and sends the code symbol and attribute information about the mapping relationship to the users to realize information interaction. Since the mapping relationship is determined according to the channel states, influence of channel interference on signal transmission is reduced, and robustness of signal transmission is improved.
