The present invention relates to a polyamide resin composition and, more specifically, to a polyamide resin composition which comprises: a polyamide resin; 3-10 parts by weight of an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer based on 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin; and 0.1-1 parts by weight of ethylene bis stearamide based on 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin and is suitable for a head rest guide since low temperature impact intensity, frictional coefficient, linear expansion coefficient and shrinkage ratio are excellent. |
