The present invention relates to a novel organic electroluminescent compound and to an organic electroluminescent device comprising the same. The organic electroluminescent compound according to the present invention has a better light emitting efficiency and excellent lifetime properties of the material compared with an existing material, and thus not only has the extremely excellent driving lifetime of the device but also induces an increase in a power efficiency, thereby having an advantage of manufacturing an OLED device with reduced power consumption.
