PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated common-mode filter capable of enhancing the magnetic coupling between a first coil and a second coil.SOLUTION: A first coil C1 and a second coil C2 are disposed in a non-magnetic material portion 3 including a stack of a plurality of non-magnetic material layers so that a first coil conductor 21 and a third coil conductor 23 are adjacent to each other in the stacking direction, and a second coil conductor 22 and a fourth coil conductor 24 are adjacent to each other in the stacking direction. A portion R located inside the first coil C1 and the second coil C2 of the non-magnetic material portion 3 includes a first region portion R1 and a second region portion R2 that are adjacent to each other when viewed from the stacking direction. A first through-hole conductor 51 and a second through-hole conductor 52 are located in the first region portion R1 so as to be adjacent to each other when viewed from the stacking direction. A magnetic core portion 61 composed of a magnetic material is located in the second region portion R2 when viewed from the stacking direction.
