<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a continuous structure of food material by continuously molding a continuous structure of rod-like food material in a sealed package, and a manufacturing apparatus for use in the method.SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a continuous structure of rod-like food material including a pair of upper and lower pantagraph-shaped linkage with pressing rollers composed of a plurality of pressing rollers 6 for pressing a semi-solid viscous food material having low fluidity with a rolled sheet shape, filled in a film bag, and a pantagraph-shaped linkage 9a connected to the pressing rollers gathers the food material with a rolled sheet shape, filled in a film bag, in close contact with the film, into a plurality of continuous rod-like lumps. The method for manufacturing the continuous structure of rod-like food material uses the apparatus.</p> |
