Embodiments of the present invention provide a positioning processing method, device, and system. The method comprises: acquiring coexistence interference information of a terminal; instructing the terminal to perform measurement on a suitable positioning signal resource according to the coexistence interference information; and positioning the terminal based on a positioning measurement result reported by the terminal. The positioning processing method, device, and system provided by the embodiments of the present invention can improve the positioning accuracy of a terminal.
