A phase separator (9) separates liquid phase from gaseous phase of working medium between first evaporator (6) and expander (7). A suction beam conveying device (10) is connected between first evaporator and phase separator or between conveying unit (5) and first evaporator in Rankine cycle. A liquid phase region (9.2) of phase separator is connected to input of suction beam conveying device through secondary circuit line of addition circuit (11). A second evaporator (12) is arranged between phase separator and suction beam conveying device in secondary circuit. An independent claim is included for waste heat utilization arrangement.
