A blood slide bracket (25) enabling automatic inspection and detection of a blood slide comprises: a strip substrate (10), a plurality of struts (12) fixedly connected to a front side of the substrate (10), a rack (18) arranged on a back side of the substrate (10), and a plurality of positioning portions (22) arranged on a side surface of the substrate (10), wherein the positioning portions (22) are in one-to-one correspondence to the struts (12), an end portion of each strut (12) is formed into a cone (15), and an annular groove (16) is formed between the cone (15) and a main body of the strut (12). A gear (141) drives the rack (18) in the blood slide bracket (25), so that the blood slide bracket (25) is pushed to propel the struts (12) to carry out step-type automatic movement. Therefore, clamping automation of blood slides is achieved, and the experiment operation process is simplified and detection can be performed rapidly. Also provided are a blood slide bracket assembly formed by the blood slide bracket (25) and a base (28), a filter paper dried blood slide punching machine used for automatically cutting blood sample paper and clamping the blood sample paper in the blood slide bracket (25), and an application of the blood slide bracket (25) in an in-vitro diagnostic reagent.
