<p>Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for selecting a V-ANDSF, and a method and an apparatus for accessing an access network. The present invention is mainly applied in a scenario where a UE simultaneously accesses a 3GPP access network and a WLAN, the 3GPP access network and the WLAN being separately deployed with different visited-access network discovery and selection functions (V-ANDSFs). The method for selecting the V-ANDSF comprises: a UE sending an ANDSF network element selection request message to an H-ANDSF, the ANDSF network element selection request message comprises a PLMN identification 1 of a 3GPP access network, an access technology parameter 1 of the 3GPP, a PLMN identification 2 of a WLAN, and an access technology parameter 2 of the WLAN; after the H-ANDSF selects the V-ANDSF for the UE, the UE receiving an ANDSF network element selection response message sent by the H-ANDSF, the ANDSF network element selection response message carrying a V-ANDSF parameter of the selected V-ANDSF. By means of the present invention, an effect can be achieved: an operator can provide a policy in which a UE is allocated to a roaming operator of the operator, so that the UE can flexibly select an access network and the access success rate and the use effect are ensured.</p> |
