Provided is a device to track a position of the sun using an optical sensor generate solar energy at high efficiency by controlling a driving unit in a light incident direction by the usage of the characteristics of the optical sensor, whereby a resistance value is varied according to the amount of solar incidence when a plurality of semiconductor photosensor devices receive light. According to the present invention, the device includes: a sensor unit which tracks the sun′s rays to output the variations in the quantity of light; a generation unit which collects the sun′s rays tracked by the sensor unit; a driving unit which drives the sensor unit according to an angle altitude and an azimuth angle for the sun′s rays tracked by the sensor unit; and a control unit which controls the driving unit according to the altitude angle and the azimuth angle of the sun′s rays tracked by the sensor unit. |
