The present invention relates to a phase separation absorbent composition for removing acid gas and a removing method using the same. The invention also relates to a phase separation absorbent composition, as an absorbent to remove only acid gas from gaseous emissions, which maintains a single liquid phase before absorbing acid gas, but after absorbing acid gas, a liquid phase is separated into one part which an acid gas composition is concentrated and the other part which an acid gas composition is not concentrated, and to a method for removing acid gas using the same. When removing acid gas using the phase separation absorbent composition, energy can be significantly reduced compared to an existing process to remove acid gas. |
