The present invention relates to a three-dimensional vibration isolation module, comprising: a bottom plate which is fixed on the bottom to be installed; a support plate which is spaced apart from the bottom plate in the upper direction and supports equipment to be mounted; a first damper which is interposed between the bottom plate and the support plate and is arranged in the vertical direction to absorb vibrations of the vertical direction; a second damper which is interposed between the bottom plate and the support plate, is crossed with the central axis of the first damper, and is arranged in the horizontal direction to absorb vibrations of the horizontal direction; and a slide part which is arranged in the lower part of the first damper and the second damper to slide the first damper and the second damper. |
