The device has a mixing unit arranged in a mixing container (2) and comprising a spinner wheel with a radially arranged suction opening for flowing gas into the mixing container. A pump (3) is operated by a motor (3a) and arranged in the container. The spinner wheel comprises gas chambers, and a central gas-distribution chamber for distributing gas into the gas chambers is arranged at the spinner wheel. A spinner wheel arbor is connected with the spinner wheel and with a drive shaft. A side wall of one of the gas chambers is designed with linear cross-section. An independent claim is also included for a method for introducing gas into fluid. |
