The apparatus (1) has a motor shaft (9), a motor (5) i.e. fast-rotating motor, and a transmission (7) that is arranged with a transmission output forming a gear shaft (11). The motor shaft and the gear shaft are arranged parallel to each other. The motor shaft and the gear shaft are arranged orthogonal to a driving direction of a sliding door i.e. glass sliding door. The motor shaft and the gear shaft are arranged one-behind the other in the driving direction of the sliding door. The motor shaft and the gear shaft are connected by a set of intermediate gears. |
