PCR diagnostic kits including primers for the simultaneous detection for Piroplasms and genus-specific detection for Babesia or Theileria

The present invention relates to primer sets for detecting piroplasmas, babesia, and theileria, a PCR kit including the same primer sets, and a method for diagnosing piroplasmas, babesia, and theileria and, more particularly, to a PCR kit comprising: (1) a primer set for detecting piroplasmas comprising a forward primer of sequence number 1 and a reverse primer of sequence number 2; (2) a primer set for detecting babesia comprising a forward primer of sequence number 3 and a reverse primer of sequence number 4;, and (3) a primer set for detecting theileria comprising a forward primer of sequence number 5 and a reverse primer of sequence number 6, as primers, selectively or simultaneously and a method for diagnosing one or more selected from the piroplasmas, babesia, and theileria using the same PCR kit.
