The present invention relates to a material transfer device for a teabag manufacturing machine and, more specifically, to a material transfer device for a teabag manufacturing machine capable of accurately transferring materials in a hopper with a measuring cup in a short time when teabags are manufactured. A transfer pipe is horizontally installed between the hopper and the measuring cup. One end of the transfer pipe is positioned in the lower part of the hopper and the other end is positioned in the upper part of the measuring cup. The transfer pipe is rotated by a motor. Spiral valleys are formed on the inner circumference of the transfer pipe. A partially penetrated material inlet is formed in the end of the transfer pipe where the hopper is positioned. According to the structure, the present invention can transfer the small amount of the materials by transferring the materials using the spiral valleys arranged inside the transfer pipe, can uniformly maintain the amount of the materials discharged to the measuring cup since the materials stored in each valley gradually become constant toward an outlet, and can highly increase productivity by transferring the constant small amount of the materials even through the rotation speed of the transfer pipe becomes fast. |
