The present invention is to analyze a quality of a network. The present invention installs an apparatus for analyzing the quality of a network in a core network of a mobile communication network; analyzes sequence information of a corresponding packet and ACK information responded from a mobile terminal in the analyzing apparatus rather than a content server for a data packet which is transmitted and received between the mobile terminals and the content server; and measures pRTT for the packet between the mobile terminal and the analyzing apparatus within a radio access network, thereby enabling more accurate measurement of congestion characteristics of the mobile communication network since the present invention enables network quality measurement which is optimized for the radio access network of the mobile communication network. |
