PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a smooth operation of a hydraulic friction engagement element connected to an accumulator while commonditizing the accumulator between different reduction gears. SOLUTION: This hydraulic control device 50 includes the accumulator 55 which communicates with an oil passage L1 for connecting a clutch C1 and a C1-linear solenoid valve SLC1, and when an oil temperature Toil is not higher than a reference temperature Tref during the engagement of the clutch C1, the C1-linear solenoid valve SC1 is controlled so as to generate oil pressure which is higher than oil pressure corresponding to torque which should be transmitted by the clutch C1, and at which an operation fluid can be filled into the accumulator 55.
