PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure for a vehicle capable of preventing a light transmission member from being scattered to a side of a door at a side collision when a projecting part projecting from a side surface of a door trim to the vehicle inside and extending in a substantially vehicle longitudinal direction is provided, an operation part is provided in a front part of an upper surface of the projecting part, and the operation part is irradiated with illumination light from a light emitting source via the light transmission member. SOLUTION: In the door structure, a grip 14 extending upward from a rear part of the operation part CS at an upper surface 10b of the door trim 10 is provided. In the grip 14, the light transmission member 32 is disposed to irradiate the operation part CS with illumination light via a hole 22e formed at a front edge 22a of the grip 14.
