PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine on which an electric tag seal is efficiently pasted without providing a stick region dedicated for electric tag seals and which suppresses unauthorized unseal of a substrate box. SOLUTION: Sealing means (a left side end sealing means 400, a right side end sealing means 500) include: first adhesive parts (a left first adhesive part 410, a right first adhesive part 510) protruded outward from a first case member 200; second adhesive parts (a left second adhesive part 420, a right second adhesive part 520) protruded outward from a second case member 300 so that they may be overlapped with the first adhesive parts in a closed state; and adhesive members (a left adhesive member 430, a right adhesive member 530) for sticking the first adhesion part and the second adhesion part in the state that they are overlapped.
