The present invention relates to sustained release hydrogel with improved discharge amount adjustment and a method of producing the same. More specifically, the hydrogel is made negatively (-) charged and the internal material of the hydrogel is made positively (+) charged so that the internal material is slowly discharged by means of strong electrostatic gravitation. By the means of the present invention, the problem whereby the discharge amount of the existing materials is adjusted only by the means of the pores of the hydrogel is solved, so that an internal material discharge speed can be more effectively adjusted by the means of the electrostatic gravitation.
