<p>The board has an upper sub-assembly comprising an upper reinforcement (11) extending longitudinally along two-third of length of the board. A lower sub-assembly comprises a lower reinforcement extending longitudinally along two-third of length of the board. A frictional damping arrangement (16) extends longitudinally along length of ski, where the arrangement is positioned between the lower and upper reinforcements. Distance between the arrangement and one of the upper and lower reinforcements ranges between 0 mm and four times of thickness of a blade (17). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a gliding board.</p> |
