The present invention relates to a device for removing the stalk of a persimmon, which is capable of removing the stalk of the persimmon quickly and safely when it is required to remove the stalk of the persimmon in a dried persimmon manufacturing process or a ripe persimmon puree manufacturing process. To achieve this, the device of the present invention comprises: a table which includes a persimmon slot; a persimmon lifting section which seats a persimmon and drops the persimmon into the persimmon slot such that the stalk of the persimmon can be exposed down; a persimmon gripping section which enters the side of the persimmon slot to grip the dropped persimmon; and a persimmon stalk removing section which moves up from a lower side of the gripped persimmon to remove the stalk of the persimmon by a rotating blade. In addition, a control unit is provided to form one persimmon stalk removing cycle by controlling the persimmon lifting section to drop an input persimmon into the persimmon slot, controlling the persimmon gripping section to strongly fix the dropped persimmon in the persimmon slot, controlling the persimmon stalk removing section to remove the stalk of the gripped persimmon by the rotating blade, controlling the persimmon gripping section to cancel the fixed state of the persimmon of which the stalk is removed, and controlling the persimmon lifting section to discharge the persimmon of which the fixed state is canceled to an upper side of the persimmon slot. |
